What's included in your booth rental contracts?

Each contract is different and customized for each client's needs. However, our contracts typically include structure rental (walls, storage, meeting rooms), flooring, graphics, furniture, audio visual, install and dismantle labor and shipping of booth properties.

How soon before a show do your show planning services start?

As each show is different and some are more complex (for example a large booth with several machines or a small booth without machines), show planning can start as early as 10 months out. We always say that the sooner the better.

Is there a minimum show budget you work with?

No. We have solutions for all budgets, big and small. We offer portable displays (which you then own) or complete exhibit rentals for larger scale booths.
