Our Smokers
Our Associations/Library: We have been members of the National Barbeque Association for a long time, almost as long as it has existed. Our team has been attending their annual show/conference for over 20 years. It was at these conferences interacting with the best barbequer’s in the nation, that we perfected our signature barbeque. In addition we have accumulated a library full of barbecue books. So if you are in the Elk Grove neighborhood and want to stop by and look for a unique recipe, come on over!!! Good barbeque is to be shared, not hidden!!
